The file has both med and large combined. The one you want says "Fralda Grande" at the top of it.
Is there somewhere that I can get/download your pattern? I've checked the comments and can't seem to access it from your link or the back-up method mentioned above. I really like the separate tabs to economize fabric.

I do not understand the shape of the tabs. Why is one side angled? Which side is sewn to the diaper?
